Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

  • Any misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or attempt to interfere with our services may lead to cancellation of your order and legal action if required.

Products

  • All jewellery is handcrafted with care, and slight variations may occur compared to images shown on the website. These differences do not qualify as defects.

  • Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted through our website only.

  • All payments must be made in advance through secure and trusted payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the location:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Replacements

  • We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Once purchased, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • In case of receiving a defective product or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The replacement will be provided with another product of equal value, not the same product.

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

  • To process a replacement request, we require a 360-degree unpacking video of the sealed parcel from the moment of opening. Claims without video proof or with signs of tampering will not be accepted.

  • Laxira Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision on all replacement claims.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, and logos, are the property of Laxira Jewels. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Laxira Jewels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharastra.
