Refund & Return Policy

At Laxira Jewels, we take great care in ensuring that each piece of jewellery is crafted and delivered with the highest standards of quality.

Please note that we follow a No Return and No Exchange policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product. After reviewing your request, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement with another product of your choice of equal value.

We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel (from the moment of opening, showing the sealed package) for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, Laxira Jewels reserves the right to take the final decision.

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
